Description

You will own monitoring and analysis of provisioning and activation systems within a mobile network operator's BSS/OSS and AWS cloud interfaces. You configure Datadog as the primary application performance monitoring tool, setting up alarms and generating reports for the Operations support team. You perform log analytics, infrastructure monitoring, and fault analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provisioning and activation systems and their interfaces to third-party applications in AWS.
• Configure alarms and generate reports for the Operations support team using Datadog.
• Perform log analytics, infrastructure monitoring, and fault analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently within cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, software development, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog or Splunk for monitoring.
• Proficiency with AWS EC2, ECS/EKS, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Docker and microservices architectures.
• Experience configuring Cloudwatch and Datadog alarms and reporting.
• Strong background in log analytics and application performance monitoring.
• Ability to work independently with minimal mentoring.
• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering stream.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
