Description

You will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and asset capitalization for project portfolios. You will build analytical dashboards and maintain accurate financial data using SQL and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial reports for project portfolios, specifically regarding internally developed software capitalization.
• Forecast amortization for software projects and depreciation for hardware and software assets.
• Manage Day 2 reporting for acquisitions, including renewals for licensing, maintenance, and support agreements.
• Build dashboards with drill-down capabilities using Tableau and MicroStrategy.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel pivot tables and VBA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VBA.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or MSSQL.
• Experience with MicroStrategy.
• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Experience with Hyperion and Smartview.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with software development capitalization methodologies (SOP98-1 & ASC 350-40).
• Experience with IT Service Costing (TBM Methodology).
• Proficiency in Tableau.
