Job Description-

• Create & manage project plans for enhancements and small initiatives.
• Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Align project objectives with company goals and ensure team clarity on deliverables.
• Drive delivery and implementation of technology solutions.
• Track and manage project financials.
• Support project team with design and development activities as needed.
• Lead issue identification and resolution processes.
• Manage risk tracking and mitigation.
• Monitor and control scope, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain and manage all project documentation.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Insurance and Annuities domain (RiverSource or similar preferred).
• Exposure to Data Lake / Data Engineering initiatives.
• AWS Cloud experience (solution delivery, migration, or cloud-native projects).
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases, analytics, or data-driven platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration experience.
• Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery models
