Description

You will manage and optimize data operations and infrastructure within a GCP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor GCP services including GCS, GKE, BigQuery, Spanner, Composer, Cloud Logging, and Compute.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes for data workflows.
• Configure and manage alerting mechanisms and scheduling tools.
• Utilize observability tools to monitor system health and performance.
• Provide operational support for data pipelines and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in DataOps or similar engineering roles.
• Proficiency with GCP services: GCS, GKE, BigQuery, Spanner, Composer, Cloud Logging, and Compute.
• Hands-on experience with OpsGenie, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Strong experience with Python and general scripting.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Experience with various scheduling tools and alerting mechanisms.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in operations support.
