Description

You manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IBM DataPower Gateway and API Connect environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot IBM DataPower Gateway and API Connect systems.
• Apply fixpacks and upgrades to DataPower Gateway, API Connect, and DataPower Operations Dashboard environments.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex systems to identify preventive actions for recurring incidents.
• Conduct testing of remediation and workaround procedures to facilitate problem resolution.
• Monitor API Connect infrastructure and engage third-party vendor support to meet recovery SLAs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system administration.
• IBM DataPower Gateway installation and configuration.
• API Connect system administration and deployment.
• Linux System Administration.
• Windows Systems Operation.
• Troubleshooting and testing of API Connect environments.
• Root cause analysis and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DataPower Operations Dashboard.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
