Description

Architect and maintain high-performance data pipelines and complex SQL logic in a regulated financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize complex stored procedures, CTEs, and window functions across Oracle and SQL Server.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, focusing on parameterization and incremental loads.
• Lead execution plan analysis and indexing strategies to resolve high-volume data bottlenecks.
• Manage trigger orchestration, monitoring, and automated reconciliation logic for enterprise data flows.
• Execute large-scale file-based and database-to-database migrations while enforcing strict data quality controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of advanced SQL expertise in Oracle and SQL Server, including execution plan analysis.
• Hands-on experience architecting modular data transformation frameworks in Azure Data Factory.
• Strong understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns and data validation frameworks.
• Experience in Financial Services or similarly regulated sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Data Lakehouse architecture experience.
• CI/CD for data pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
