Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage
• Perform code reviews, testing, performance tuning, and production support
• Implement data quality, validation, monitoring, and error-handling mechanisms
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including RCA
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams
• Support data integration and migration initiatives involving DataStage and Talend

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
• Strong expertise in ETL development and data integration
• Experience with DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator
• Prior exposure to Talend Data Integration (DI) or Talend projects
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Understanding of data warehousing and integration concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
