Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IBM InfoSphere DataStage jobs, including transformations, data flows, and job orchestration.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading logic using DataStage components and SQL-based operations.
• Debug and resolve ETL failures by analyzing job logs, execution plans, and data quality issues.
• Optimize DataStage job performance for throughput, resource usage, and runtime stability.
• Support deployment and operational readiness by documenting jobs and assisting with monitoring and incident resolution.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in data integration/ETL development
• DataStage
• ETL development using DataStage job design and transformations
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting using DataStage job logs
• SQL-based data extraction and validation within ETL workflows

Good to Have:

• PLSQL

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
