Description

Provide technical production support and ETL development within an IT Batch Operations environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL architectures and solutions using DataStage.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues related to incident and problem management.
• Manage application monitoring, release deployment, and operational readiness.
• Execute troubleshooting and resolution tasks using advanced query and programming skills.
• Support production governance and provide frontline technical assistance to end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in ETL and production support.
• Expertise in DataStage (versions 8.5, 8.7, or 9.1).
• Proficiency in UNIX scripting and debugging.
• Strong experience with Oracle and TOAD.
• Hands-on experience with AUTOSYS.
• Experience with ETL design, development, and architecture.
• Knowledge of version control, configuration management, and deployment scripts.
• Ability to use at least 2-3 widely used monitoring tools.

• Any Graduate degree.
