Description

You will develop technical solutions and manage data processes within Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user specifications to propose and develop technical solutions that meet established standards.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to create and edit design documents.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and program implementation following best practices.
• Execute complex technical assignments independently and within team settings.
• Manage the installation process in coordination with external vendors.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional systems experience in Windows environments.
• 3+ years of professional systems experience in Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with DataStage, including creating and updating processes.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Git and version control practices.
• Knowledge of Windows Administration and Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with server, network/firewall configurations, load balancing, and SSO.
• Foundational understanding of networking, SAN, and security.
• Experience with job schedulers, preferably Zena.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle and system change control processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with banking applications and infrastructure-as-code.
• ITIL or DevOps certifications.
