Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement analysis, coding, testing, and deployment support in an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain ETL and data integration workflows using Datastage.
• Write and support UNIX shell scripts for automation and batch processing tasks.
• Manage and monitor job scheduling processes using CA Autosys.
• Support batch operations, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization for data integration processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational support procedures.
• Support Kafka, Python, IMS, and Mainframe-related activities when required.
• Ensure reliable and efficient execution of data processing and scheduling workflows.
• Follow development standards, coding practices, and operational guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Datastage development and ETL processes.
• Hands-on expertise in UNIX shell scripting.
• Experience with CA Autosys job scheduling and workflow management.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data integration, batch processing, and operational support activities.
• Familiarity with Kafka and Python is an added advantage.
• Exposure to IMS and Mainframe environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and release support processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
