Description

Build and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using IBM DataStage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy ETL pipelines and data integration workflows using IBM DataStage.
• Write and maintain UNIX shell scripts for automation, batch processing, and operational support.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot job scheduling processes using CA Autosys.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM DataStage development and ETL processes.
• Strong proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for automation and batch tasks.
• Experience with CA Autosys for job scheduling and workflow management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills for data integration processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Apache Kafka and Python for data processing activities.
• Exposure to IMS and Mainframe environments.
