Description

You will develop and maintain IBM DataStage ETL solutions, ensuring data quality and performance across all environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data integration solutions using IBM DataStage.
• Optimize ETL processes to enhance data quality and handle high-volume data loads.
• Maintain batch jobs and manage change propagation to all environments during releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and application functionality.
• Implement system enhancements and automation using Shell Scripts and SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM DataStage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Shell Scripts for process automation.
• Experience in ETL job maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Business Rules Validation, and Source-Target Mapping Design.
• Familiarity with Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• Ability to document procedures and processes clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with QA, BA, and SME teams to define technical requirements.
• Background in configuring and testing data integration technologies.
