Description

You will design, build, and maintain data integration solutions using IBM DataStage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ETL jobs, ensuring high-volume data loads and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, batch jobs, and application functionality.
• Optimize existing ETL processes to enhance data quality, performance, and business rule validation.
• Manage job maintenance, environment propagation, and system enhancements across release cycles.
• Document procedures and implement process automation using Shell Scripts and SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM DataStage for ETL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Shell Scripts for automation and data manipulation.
• Proven ability in performance tuning for high-volume data loads.
• Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and configuring ETL technologies.
• Familiarity with Splunk or similar monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Target mapping design and data quality validation.
• Ability to collaborate with QA, BA, and project teams to define technical requirements.
