Description

Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data integration solutions and new jobs based on configuration requests.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, high-volume data loads, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, batch jobs, and application functionality.
• Manage batch job maintenance and coordinate change propagation across environments.
• Implement system enhancements, automation, and clearly document procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with IBM DataStage.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, performance tuning, and high-volume data loads.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripts and SQL for process automation.
• Experience with data quality, business rules validation, and source-target mapping design.
• Familiarity with Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (QA, BA, SMEs) to deliver solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and configuring relevant technologies.
