Lead technical execution of data products and features for your team. Serve as the primary technical liaison for cross-team integration and provide coding mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of data products and feature development.
• Act as the technical point of contact for other software teams.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with management to identify and prioritize technical debt.
• Assess technical feasibility and estimate scope for application requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development.
• Expertise with IBM InfoSphere DataStage Suite.
• Proficiency in Data Fabric and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Db2.
• Strong knowledge of Informatica.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL.
• Experience with SSIS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives for data products.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers.
