Build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers business operations at scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data warehouse systems using Snowflake and DataStage.
• Build and maintain scalable data processing solutions using Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Collaborate with DBAs and Data Scientists to define data strategies and develop value-added features.
• Provision, configure, and monitor cloud and onsite server resources to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Implement deployment strategies and automation tools to improve service reliability and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or software development roles.
• Proficiency with Apache Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark for big data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining public APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Ability to design robust, extensible solutions from feature requests.
• Experience with alerting, monitoring, and backup strategies for production systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fog networking or complex subnet configurations.
• Familiarity with machine-learning platform support tools.
