Description

You provide front-line technical support for IT Batch Operations, ensuring ETL stability and production readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and problem management tasks, including troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on ETL failures and system errors to prevent recurrence.
• Execute release and deployment activities, managing deployment scripts and configuration changes.
• Monitor application health using standard tools to maintain operational readiness.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve production governance issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in ETL and production support.
• Deep expertise in DataStage (versions 8.5, 8.7, or 9.1).
• Strong ETL design, development, and architecture skills.
• Proficiency in UNIX scripting and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and TOAD.
• Experience with AUTOSYS workload automation.
• Knowledge of version control and configuration management tools.
• Ability to use monitoring tools for application oversight.
