You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions across hybrid environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines in on-premise (DataStage) and cloud (ADF) ecosystems.
• Lead and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Manage ETL migration projects, specifically transitioning DataStage workloads to ADF or cloud pipelines.
• Implement data quality, lineage, and governance practices using Databricks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, balancing ETL and cloud integration.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM DataStage for complex workflow development.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and orchestration.
• Experience with Azure-based data warehousing, including Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps for pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in Azure.
