Description

Provide L1/L2 support for ETL batches and maintain data integration solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for ETL batches, troubleshooting incidents and job failures.
• Participate in triage calls and document root causes for all incidents.
• Maintain batch jobs and coordinate the propagation of changes across environments during releases.
• Develop and implement data integration solutions using IBM DataStage.
• Optimize ETL processes, implement system enhancements, and drive automation through shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data integration and ETL support.
• Deep expertise in IBM DataStage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and mapping.
• Experience with Shell Scripting for process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with high-volume data loads and performance tuning.
• Proven ability in source-to-target mapping design and business rules validation.
• Ability to document technical procedures and processes clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automating ETL workflows.
