Description

Administer and optimize the Dayforce HCM platform, serving as the primary liaison between internal HR stakeholders and external system integrators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and validate Dayforce modules including payroll, core HR, time & attendance, scheduling, benefits, and LMS.
  • Coordinate with system integrators on milestones, integrations, and testing activities while holding partners accountable to timelines.
  • Drive data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security during system transitions.
  • Lead UAT, pilot testing, and user readiness initiatives to ensure successful adoption across distributed teams.
  • Manage post-go-live administration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous optimization of HR processes.

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience administering Dayforce or a comparable HCM platform.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including payroll, time & attendance, scheduling, and benefits.
  • Proven ability to translate between technical system configurations and non-technical HR requirements.
  • Experience working with external vendors or system integrators to manage project deliverables.
  • Knowledge of HR data security, governance standards, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Ability to work PST hours and travel occasionally (~15%) as needed.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or RPA.
  • Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or distributed workforce environments.
