Description

You will own technical implementation and data integration within the Dayforce HCM ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and modify data feeds using XML to manage technical backlogs.
• Deliver XML exports for HR, Benefits, COBRA, and Payroll files.
• Implement HRIS modules or similar end-to-end solutions.
• Map business processes to align with HCM software capabilities.
• Apply Ceridian implementation best practices to diverse industry requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in human capital management (HCM) application consulting.
• Hands-on experience delivering XML exports specifically within Dayforce.
• Proficiency in XML and XSLT.
• Expertise in Dayforce modules including Payroll, Benefits, or WFM.
• Experience working within SaaS and Cloud computing environments.
• Deep understanding of common HCM business practices.
• Proven ability to implement HRIS modules end-to-end.
• Product certification in at least one Ceridian HCM module.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with change management processes.
