Description

You will manage the migration of MySQL, MSSQL, and Redis databases from Azure to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute database migrations using near real-time replication and backup/restore configurations.
• Implement homogeneous database migrations across cloud environments.
• Configure data replication, read-replicas, and backup/restore processes.
• Apply database security protocols, including encryption, during the migration lifecycle.
• Utilize automation and Infrastructure-as-Code to manage cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database migration and architecture.
• Mandatory experience with AWS DMS.
• Hands-on expertise with MySQL and SQL Server.
• Experience managing Redis databases.
• Strong proficiency in either AWS or Azure.
• Proven track record of On-Prem-to-Cloud migrations.
• Deep understanding of database architecture and data replication.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and database security.
• Exposure to DevOps automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
