Description

You will manage and optimize MS SQL and Oracle database environments as a Level 3 Database Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MS SQL Server architecture, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Administer Oracle database installation, configuration, and architecture.
  • Implement high availability solutions for both SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Execute database security, backup, and recovery protocols.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex database issues through analytical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Level 3 MS SQL Database Administrator.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle database administration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
  • Deep understanding of MS SQL Server architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with database high availability solutions.
  • Experience with database security and recovery best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with database clustering and load balancing technologies.
