Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of DB2, Snowflake, MySQL, and Postgres servers while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain DB2, Snowflake, SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgres environments.
• Monitor and optimize database performance through capacity tuning and resource management.
• Execute database backup and recovery strategies, including disaster recovery and high availability setups.
• Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and application-related database issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DBA supporting DB2 products.
• Proficiency in IBM DB2 administration and RAC administration.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL Server, MySQL, and Postgres databases.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and DBMS principles.
• Expertise in database installation, backup, and restoration.
• Experience setting up High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Solid understanding of database security best practices.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• IBM Certified Database Administrator certification.
