Description

You will provide 24x7 production support for Db2 LUW databases in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and replication setups for Db2 LUW databases.
• Handle production issues independently to resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and participate in crisis calls, MIR, and DQR.
• Identify and develop automation to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Db2 LUW DBA.
• Hands-on experience with Db2 DPF (Database Partitioning Feature) environments.
• Proficiency with Db2 HADR and range partitioning.
• Experience with performance tuning and general troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage DPF, MIR, and DQR processes.
• Working knowledge of one or more: Oracle, MS SQL, or MongoDB.
• Any Graduate degree.
