Description

Manage and maintain z/OS Db2 database environments. You will own the integrity and availability of these systems through rigorous utility execution and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage z/OS Db2 object lifecycles and configurations.
• Execute Db2 utilities including Image Copy, Reorg, Run stats, and Unload/Load.
• Perform database recovery operations to Image Copy or RBA.
• Maintain database integrity through regular utility execution and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a z/OS Db2 DBA.
• Deep expertise in z/OS Db2 object management.
• Proficiency with Db2 utilities: Image Copy, Reorg, Recovery, Run stats, and Unload/Load.
• Hands-on experience with recovery to Image Copy or RBA.
• Strong knowledge of z/OS Db2 environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
