Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize VB.NET applications and DB2 database structures. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain complex DB2 SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Analyze, design, develop, and test legacy and new VB.NET applications.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in code and database access.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve production issues to ensure system integrity.
• Document technical processes and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in database and application development.
• Advanced proficiency in DB2 SQL.
• Strong experience with VB.NET.
• Ability to migrate legacy code to modern frameworks.
• Experience gathering requirements from business analysts and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of implementing error handling and security design.
• Any Graduate degree.
