• Bachelors or Any Degree with Experience in Information Technology or the relevant Field.
• Must have a 10+ years in data architecture and data modeling, with the majority of that time on OLTP / transactional
• systems.
• You should have Erwin Data Modeler, hands-on and current.
• Must be able to speak specifically to logical versus physical layer management, domains, naming standards, forward and reverse engineering, Complete Compare, and Mart- based version control.
• Deep normalization capability. Can design a 3NF model of meaningful scale, explain the key strategy, and articulate exactly when and why they would denormalize an OLTP schema — and how they protect consistency once they have.
• Good Experience of Oracle at an expert level, including advanced PL/SQL development and performance tuning of transactional
• workloads.
• Must have a Python for automation and data manipulation.
• Telecom, wireless, or mobile domain experience. This is a hard preference
• Ability to run requirements sessions directly with business stakeholders and translate the outcome into technical specifications
