Description

You will own database implementation and solution design, applying SRE principles to ensure system reliability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement new database solutions, proposing multiple options for complex scenarios.
• Participate in the development, deployment, and maintenance of applications and systems.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and scalability.
• Support and train team members on adopting new technologies and practices.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including monitoring and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in database administration.
• Deep understanding of Oracle products: DB, EBS, Fusion Middleware, and Exadata.
• Experience with Oracle EBS migrations, upgrades, and security patch analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python or Shell.
• Experience with automation, OS troubleshooting, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows.
• Knowledge of general Middleware concepts and Oracle DBA best practices.
