You will act as a technical lead on research and development projects, ensuring code and services follow proper engineering principles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Database architecture across versions 11g, 12c, and newer.
• Execute complex database recovery scenarios and troubleshooting.
• Resolve installation and patching issues.
• Develop services and scripts using Python and PL/SQL.
• Research and implement efficient coding principles for database services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Engineer.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Database Architecture.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Proven ability to handle complex database recovery and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with AWS.
