Job Description:    We are looking for an experienced DBA Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s database environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database performance, security, and availability while supporting business-critical applications. This role requires strong expertise in database administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, along with the ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain database management systems to ensure high availability and reliability. Monitor database performance and perform query optimization and performance tuning. Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical data. Implement and maintain database security, user access management, and compliance policies. Plan and execute database upgrades, migrations, and patch management. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to minimize downtime. Work closely with development teams to support database design, schema changes, and application integration. Monitor database systems using monitoring and alerting tools to ensure optimal performance. Maintain proper documentation of database configurations, processes, and procedures
