• 7+ years of Database Administration experience.
• Strong expertise administering and tuning PostgreSQL 16 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience managing and optimizing Delta Lake architectures.
• Strong knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data warehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Recent Healthcare industry experience is required.
