Description

Build and maintain data integration solutions using Snowflake and DBT.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data integration technology solutions.
• Execute data migrations from RDBMS to the Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
• Manage Snowflake environments, including resource monitors, RBAC controls, and virtual warehouses.
• Optimize query performance using Zero Copy Clone and Time Travel features.
• Develop ELT processes using Snowpipe and stored procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and SQL analytics.
• Deep expertise in DBT (data build tool).
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data modeling and architecture.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with RDBMS to Snowflake data migration.
• Knowledge of Snowflake Snowpipe and ELT patterns.
• Understanding of enterprise data management, including Data Governance, Data Lakes, and Data Warehousing.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud economics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Science and Data Sharing applications.
