Description

You will provide L2 support and optimize data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate (L2) technical support for data center infrastructure issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining data center infrastructure components, including servers, storage, network equipment, and virtualization technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with VMware and Storage systems.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN configuration and operation.
• Familiarity with Network Firewalls and Load Balancers.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Skills in AWS Cloud Application Support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Globalscape MS Systems Center.
• Familiarity with PMO Production Support or Service Delivery models.
