Description

You will manage L1 and L1.5 Windows monitoring and infrastructure support within a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Windows, Linux, Network, and Database server environments to ensure operational stability.
• Perform application wellness checks and service validations.
• Manage incidents by handling tickets daily and ensuring immediate resolution within SLA-driven contracts.
• Create and update technical and process documentation.
• Support problem-solving operations and assist consultants with technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data center monitoring and infrastructure support.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills for Windows, Linux, Network, and Database servers.
• Knowledge of network device terminology, including Routers, Switches, Repeaters, and VLANs.
• Experience with Incident Management and ticket handling.
• Understanding of Managed Services concepts and SLA requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as ITIL, MCP, MCSA, or CCNA.
