Description

You will provide technical support for Backbase omni-channel mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries submitted via support tickets.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues to identify effective solutions.
• Resolve L2 team allocated support tickets.
• Update technical documentation and ticket logs for every resolved issue.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Backbase application workflows.
• Experience supporting Backbase user interface components.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience managing and responding to L2 support tickets.
• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday on day shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).
