Description

You manage and maintain Linux server infrastructure while optimizing network traffic and load balancing configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers including ssh, ftp, nfs, samba, http, and DNS.
• Manage filesystems using LVM and non-LVM partitions with SAN and VMware storage.
• Configure virtual servers, pools, profiles, and health monitors on F5 LTM.
• Handle PKI, SSL certificate renewals, and SSL offloading within Load Balancers.
• Analyze TCPDUMP files and network traffic using Wireshark to troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with RHEL 5, 6, and 7.
• Proficiency with SAN and VMware storage management.
• Expertise in LVM and non-LVM filesystem management.
• Strong knowledge of PKI and SSL certificate management.
• Experience creating custom SSL profiles and cipher suites.
• Experience with F5 LTM traffic optimization and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform network traffic analysis via Wireshark.
