Description

You will perform complex statistical, financial, and operational data analysis to support management decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle databases using SQL to interpret results and provide ongoing reporting.
• Identify, compile, and clean data for research projects while analyzing trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Oversee evaluation and research projects, communicating plans and findings to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Manage, summarize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prepare findings for publication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects) and databases such as SQL and Oracle.
• 3+ years of experience accessing and extracting data from organizational or institutional databases.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Criminal Justice or Data Management/Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, XML, Javascript, or ETL processes.
• 1+ year of experience with data visualization software, specifically Tableau.
• Strong ability to collect, organize, and disseminate large amounts of information with high attention to detail.
• Proven skill in query writing, report generation, and presenting technical findings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with external research partners to align on data points and datasets.
