Description

Own the architecture, build, and maintenance of network DDI infrastructure, ensuring high availability through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build new DNS, DHCP, and NTP infrastructure.
• Monitor IT infrastructure health via daily checks and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot incidents and own them until resolution, meeting all SLAs.
• Review logs and monitoring data to identify capacity bottlenecks.
• Execute changes, manage service requests, and maintain configuration backups.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in network infrastructure roles.
• Strong expertise in DNS, DHCP, and NTP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with IP Address Management (IPAM).
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and the OSI layer model.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Experience with F5 LTM and GTM load balancers.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, and enterprise network architecture.
• Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticket management and ITSM.
• Ability to automate tasks to simplify and optimize operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bluecat DNS and Infoblox technology.
• Experience with DNS Bind.
