Description

You will manage and maintain DNS infrastructure to ensure service availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve DNS-related issues, including domain resolution failures, slow lookups, and configuration errors.
• Configure and manage DNS records such as A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, and TXT.
• Implement DNSSEC to protect the integrity of DNS information.
• Perform forward and reverse DNS lookups and maintain precise configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to clarify and resolve incomplete or inaccurate service requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DNS management and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of DNS protocols and record types.
• Proficiency in DNS configurations.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, including IP addressing, subnetting, and routing.
• Experience with DNS management tools.
• Strong analytical skills for high-pressure troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infoblox DNS management solutions.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
