Description

You will provide technical support and incident response for DDoS mitigation and cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1st and 2nd level support cases via CRM, phone, and email.
• Perform deep investigations into system logs and behavior to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct problem reproduction and lab simulations to provide technical guidance to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with higher-tier support teams and travel to customer sites as required.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity domain or product line.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in DDoS mitigation and incident response.
• Knowledge of multi-vector attacks, IoT botnets, and application-layer DDoS.
• Experience supporting security product lines for Tier 1 ISP or Mobile operators.
• Hands-on experience with IDS/IPS, malware protection, and endpoint security.
• Proficiency with Snort, Wireshark, and Splunk.
• 2+ years of experience supporting applications on Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with PKI, SSL/TLS certificate-based authentication, and IPSec/SSL VPN.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, firewalls, packet sniffing, and traffic generation.
• Expertise in Linux system administration, specifically CentOS or RedHat.
• Strong understanding of phishing, malware, ransomware, and general cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
