You will provide technical assistance to desktop, laptop, and media room users under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
Resolve computer problems for PC and Mac clients in person, via telephone, email, or remote sessions.
Answer user questions regarding computer systems and hardware.
Provide hardware and software support for onsite users.
Required Skills
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Computer repair and maintenance.
Operating Systems (PC and Mac).
Networking fundamentals.
One year of experience providing software or hardware technical assistance.
Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology, or a closely related area, or a High school diploma/GED with relevant experience.
