Description

Provide technical assistance to desktop, laptop, and media room users under direct supervision.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve computer problems for PC and Mac clients in person, via telephone, email, or remote sessions.
• Answer user questions regarding computer systems and hardware.
• Provide hardware and software support for onsite users.
• Perform computer repair and maintenance.

Required Skills

• One year of experience providing software or hardware technical assistance.
• Proficiency with Operating Systems (PC and Mac).
• Computer Repair and maintenance capabilities.
• Networking fundamentals knowledge.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Preferred Skills

• Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology, or a closely related area.
• High school diploma/GED with relevant experience.
