You serve as the technical expert positioning AI and ML features for stakeholders across the Americas.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to scope and drive POCs, demonstrating the value of AI/ML capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the AI and ML roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Publish technical collateral, including blog posts, conference presentations, and notebooks.
• Influence, tailor, and maintain Sales Engineering AI and ML selling assets, such as demos and customer stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Proficiency with data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Spark.
• Familiarity with generative AI techniques like RAG, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools like LangChain.
• Practical Snowflake experience.
