Description

You will own the overall defect strategy and quality approach for large-scale projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the defect process, ensuring compliance across all teams.
• Review new defects, verifying they contain all required information and evidence.
• Triage defects with stakeholders to assign appropriate severity and priority.
• Coordinate defect retests with testing teams according to SLAs and milestones.
• Communicate defect impact clearly to all relevant teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA or Defect Management for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze defect patterns and recommend preventive actions.
• ISTQB Foundation Certificate.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
