Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert to support clients through migrations to the Delinea platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, deployment, and configuration of Delinea solutions to meet client requirements and industry best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Delinea inquiries, providing expert guidance on product management and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Delinea installations and monitor system performance.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Create technical documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT security with a specific focus on Delinea products.
• Extensive knowledge of the Delinea product suite, specifically Delinea Secret Server.
• Experience with account discovery scripting and password policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and industry standards.
• Proven ability in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience in technical documentation development and training delivery.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
• CISM certification.
