Responsibilities

• Manage large delivery teams across fixed-price and outcome-based contracts.
• Drive client discussions, sales calls, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee project execution and ensure delivery excellence.
• Apply technical expertise to guide complex engagements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle for multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Skills

• 18-24 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing large delivery teams (150-200 FTEs).
• Proven track record managing 20-50 million USD portfolios.
• Experience delivering at least 2-3 major engagements in the last 5 years.
• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated success in fixed-price and outcome-based contract models.
• Direct experience in client-facing roles including sales and strategic discussions.
