Description

Lead the design and implementation of API platforms and microservices architectures for telecom BSS integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new API platforms and microservice architectures on cloud and container platforms.
• Establish development standards, frameworks, and operational models for API-led architectures.
• Facilitate the transformation of legacy monolithic systems to microservices.
• Standardize CI/CD setups for DevSecOps, API management, and automated deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers and external parties to resolve them.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with at least 5 years in application development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, SpringBoot, RESTful API, JSON, and Open API.
• Strong expertise in API and microservice design, development, and management.
• Proficiency with API management tools such as APIGEE, MuleSoft, Software AG, or IBM DataPower.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience working within agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Telecom industry.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Cloud platforms, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and monolithic to microservices transformation.
