You will lead and manage complex, large-scale programs from initiation through to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining detail orientation.
• Drive project initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of industry experience, specifically in the Banking, Payment, and Credit Card domain.
• Deep experience within Credit Card issuer areas: card application, account management, payment processing, billing, and collection.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience managing projects within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
